Delgado Community College’s “Dress for Success” event took place at the West Bank Campus in Algiers on November 29. Sponsored by Delgado’s Women in Search of Excellence  (WISE) program, it included students, faculty and community leaders who focused on presenting a positive image in the business and professional world.

The Women in Search of Excellence  (WISE) program at Delgado empowers women to fulfill their academic, personal and professional potential. It operates the Irma Thomas Center for WISE Women, named after the Grammy-winning singer who is a 2001 Delgado graduate in business.
